It consists of four luxury residences plus a concierge’s apartment. A private residence club is unique in that ownership is an actual deeded real estate ownership interest with all the accompanying benefits of a private club.
Four Timbers is one-fifth deeded fractional interests. The result is an exclusive residence club with twenty or fewer owners. Each owner will have the right to a minimum of ten weeks in residence each year, 3 prime winter weeks, 3 prime summer weeks, 1 fall weekend and 3 flex weeks. Additional time is available on a space available basis. You may also exchange weeks with other willing owners.
